Implementing e-commerce and UI/UX design for a Bulgarian flour-making company

Melko is one of the leaders of flour making in Bulgaria. My role in their website redesign was creating Sitemap, user flows, and whole redesign of the site. The final solution featured a re-organised catalog, split into multiple product categories within a user-first-design. All this while also staying involved during the development to ensure consistent design and proper UX for the ecommerce.
